Cry your heart out, but stand up and be stronger than before, even if just a little. If there's sadness, means there was happiness. You just have to pass through this phase. Be patient, not everything comes at once. That's the beauty of it. With faith, determination and perserverance, happiness will come knocking. It is for you to open the door.
