"hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn" said my bro when i was negotiating a 15 minute blogging time since he wanted to do his assignment but i reached the laptop FIRST...
ok.. back to the subject at hand... omg... i just had a half a day visit to a college that offered just the course i wanted to do when:
1. the college is too damn far
2. which resulted in me (maybe) having to stay in the hostel
so, we checked it out... turns out that the courses offered by the college were good, but the hostel was a real turn off... i'm not mentioning the name for safety reasons (they might pound on my door and chuck me in some kitchen, peeling potatoes for gordon ramsey, which i wouldn't mind working for... haha)
how do you expect a person who has COOKED her OWN FOOD for like forever to eat outside food everyday (no offense to you ppl)... and 4-6 people sharing a measly bathroom?? good grief... (my bro says it's much better than another college's hostel [no names here either] but i don't think i can just shove it down while living in a box room with another roomie, one study table which was as big as two school tables put together, 2 lockers and 2 chairs... i might, but then again...)
you have to pay for washing your own clothes (i thought it was already included in the water and electricity bill which is included in the rent) ....
call me 'shallow' or 'living a sheltered life' but you gotta cut me some darn slack here... i even caught sight of a red shirt guy checking us out... you could see it by the expression on his face... no way man... that pervie...
and as i can't drive... (yet)
when we returned to the college, i was just so darn shocked (and hungry) we didn't even check out the student's housing area... i just told my mom that i'll think about it...
looks like i might not be able to pursue (omg i got this fricking word wrong while trying to tell my brother i had spelt it right... fishes...) my studies in this course after all...
i'm so confused as to what i wanna do now cuz not many colleges/unis offer this course...
should i take up a similar course then??
but what about the scholarships?? not many colleges/unis offer scholarships for this similar course...
as you might be interested as to what course i'm blabbing about... it's interior architecture... sigh... a combination between interior design and architecture... sweet huh??
but the prob is what i have mentioned earlier... help me pls...
people say that we should enjoy studying life but i tell you this: I WANT TO EARN MY OWN MONEY!!!
-frustrations ended-
i threatened my bro with his own saying (refer to the beginning) once again as i interrupted him with my lamenting and he said that i was a bother...
one more thing... the student's english there ain't that pretty (and you know what i mean...)
